The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Administrator to join our Delaware team as part of our financial services business in Delaware. As part of our Delaware team you will:

 

This role will be part of the Maples Group, working with local and global teams delivering first class service to our clients who are leading international private equity groups.

 

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

 

  • support the Client Services Professionals with administrative tasks such as opening and maintaining client accounts, assist with billing inquires, and document filing,
  • handling client enquiries and service requests in a timely manner,
  • be involved on ad-hoc projects as requested.

 

What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

 

  • College degree is preferred.
  • at least 1-2 years of experience in a professional services environment.
  • an innate desire to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out their responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution, and proactively looks for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes
  • strong written and verbal skills.
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.
  • aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential
