Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers and respond to their inquiries
  • Open up new accounts for customers
  • Manage and review customer Credit Applications by running credit reports using tools such as Equifax
  • Accept and post customer payments
  • Maintain files and computer documentation thoroughly and accurately
  • Other clerical duties as assigned
  • Support other functions of the team as required from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good personal organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team focused approach
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with employees and customers in a courteous and professional manner
