We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Support Engineer to join our team in our UK team based in Maidenhead. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing our customers with the best possible technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to LogRhythm customers worldwide.
  • Work with a team of experienced engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Gather evidence and elevate issues to the appropriate teams in support of ongoing incidents. Contribute to the knowledge base when newly discovered issues occur.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Manage escalations as part of a customer assurance program.
  • Work with your manager to achieve technical training and personal development goals.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in application support, server support, network support, or a similar skill set.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
  • A solid grasp of Microsoft SQL or similar database technology.
  • Good understanding of networking technologies such as firewalls, switches, and routers.
  • Familiarity with remote support technologies and help desk software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
