We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Support Engineer to join our team in our UK team based in Maidenhead. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing our customers with the best possible technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to LogRhythm customers worldwide.
- Work with a team of experienced engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Gather evidence and elevate issues to the appropriate teams in support of ongoing incidents. Contribute to the knowledge base when newly discovered issues occur.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
- Manage escalations as part of a customer assurance program.
- Work with your manager to achieve technical training and personal development goals.
Required Skills:
- Experience in application support, server support, network support, or a similar skill set.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
- A solid grasp of Microsoft SQL or similar database technology.
- Good understanding of networking technologies such as firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Familiarity with remote support technologies and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
