Job Summary: 
  
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who has a deep understanding of cyber security and security operations who will dive into complex technical problems while operating at a strategic level and can make the tough prioritization decisions in support of the business.  
  
Responsibilities: 
  

  • Help develop and execute the strategic vision for SIEM products, aligning with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.

  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer feedback sessions to identify gaps, opportunities, and industry trends

  • Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their challenges and translating them into actionable product features

  • Participate in overseeing the product development process from inception to product delivery with peer PMs

  • Build outstanding relationships with sales and SE leadership to empower the field and collect valuable feedback from customers

  • Report on product performance, usage trends, and customer satisfaction to executive stakeholders

  • Create and execute a cross-functional infrastructure strategy to support our cloud-delivered services

  • Determine key milestones and provide updates and check-ins to relevant teams and partners

  • Leverage cloud services to improve service performance and scalability

  • You will allow you to formulate a clear plan of action for your project. Specifically, as a product leader, people will look to you as a clarifying voice

  • Negotiate effectively leading your team towards success and resolving any conflicts

Requirements: 
  

  • 6+ years of experience in product management and/or similar engineering roles

  • Business intelligence experience using data to measure success and optimize costs

  • Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders

  • Ability to work across multiple functions - including Communications, PR, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success

  • Experience running security services

  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, networks and how they integrate with other products

  • Experience in Program Management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives

  • Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills, and drive for results

Salary: 
The annual starting salary for this position is between $180,000 -$200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
