Senior Product Manager
Description
Help develop and execute the strategic vision for SIEM products, aligning with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer feedback sessions to identify gaps, opportunities, and industry trends
Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their challenges and translating them into actionable product features
Participate in overseeing the product development process from inception to product delivery with peer PMs
Build outstanding relationships with sales and SE leadership to empower the field and collect valuable feedback from customers
Report on product performance, usage trends, and customer satisfaction to executive stakeholders
Create and execute a cross-functional infrastructure strategy to support our cloud-delivered services
Determine key milestones and provide updates and check-ins to relevant teams and partners
Leverage cloud services to improve service performance and scalability
You will allow you to formulate a clear plan of action for your project. Specifically, as a product leader, people will look to you as a clarifying voice
Negotiate effectively leading your team towards success and resolving any conflicts
6+ years of experience in product management and/or similar engineering roles
Business intelligence experience using data to measure success and optimize costs
Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders
Ability to work across multiple functions - including Communications, PR, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success
Experience running security services
Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, networks and how they integrate with other products
Experience in Program Management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives
Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills, and drive for results
