  • Territory Growth: Develop a comprehensive multi-year growth plan for the Eastern European market, focusing on Eastern European territories. 
  • Target Identification: Identify key accounts within your territory, understanding their business, risks, competitors, and potential references for LogRhythm solutions. 
  • Strategic Prospecting: Engage intelligently with key contacts in target accounts, collaborating with sales engineering and marketing to leverage various channels such as industry shows, networking events, telemarketing, and sales navigator. 
  • Business Partner Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to identify new opportunities, grow deal registrations, and enhance prospecting activities. 
  • Qualification Excellence: Apply the MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification method to win opportunities and continuously discover and align with prospect requirements. 
  • Negotiation and Value Selling: Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by emphasizing the value and ROI of LogRhythm solutions. 
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal resources, including Product Management, Customer Care, Sales Engineering, Legal, LogRhythm Labs, and partner services. 
  • Market Monitoring: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and recommend countermeasures to maintain LogRhythm's market leadership. 
  • Professional Development: Excel in forecasting accuracy, communication (verbal and written), undertake required training, and commit to continuous learning. 
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in new business field sales, specifically in cyber security, with a solid career track record. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation abilities. 
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to plan and execute effectively to exceed objectives. 
  • Drive for Results: Demonstrated work ethic, bias for action, and a commitment to overachievement, evidenced by past accomplishments (e.g., P Club). 
  • Team Leadership: Comfortable leading multi-discipline virtual teams, including business partners. 
  • Professional Presence: Confident, composed, and assured with a polished representation of LogRhythm as an ambassador.
