Travel: Up to 50% Domestic / International
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Scientific Liaison provides technical support, education, outreach, and communication regarding LifeNet Health technology, products, processes, and services. Manages and executes training of in-house personnel, field staff, and alliance partners on key LifeNet Health technologies and clinical applications of allografts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Education Creation & Content Delivery: Provides technical support, education, outreach and communication related to LifeNet Health technology, products, processes and services. The primary focus will be on clinically implantable allograft solutions but may also include support for tissue and cell-based research products and services
- Communication: Supports the development and execution of external communication strategies for LifeNet Health allografts, products, and technologies, which may include publications
- Scientific Training: Supports training of in-house personnel, field staff, and alliance partners on key LifeNet Health technologies and clinical and research applications of allografts, tissues, and cells
- Cross-functional Development Collaborations: Collaborates with Marketing and Research & Development to identify marketing and communication opportunities to promote the utilization of LifeNet Health products and technology and to support overall corporate strategies
- Technical Resource: Interacts with field staff (LifeNet Health or partner) to assist clinicians, researchers, and other customers with questions regarding use of LifeNet Health products.
- KOL Engagement: Develops and maintains key clinician relationships related to LNH allografts
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
- Doctorate (Scientific or Medical) in life sciences, biomedical sciences, cellular, molecular biology, or related fields
- Valid State Driver’s License
- 5 years’ experience within technology based scientific or healthcare organization; or part of medical practice; or teaching and research at a University. Background (one or more) Biosciences education; Orthopedic and Cellular Therapies (OCT). Regenerative Medicine; Tissue engineering and cellular therapies; Clinical Research; Product Development; Industry Landscape; Technical Sales
- 3 years’ Professional Experience: public speaking, writing white papers and public-facing pieces/presentations, interacting with the scientific or healthcare professional community
Preferred/Skills/Certification:
- 5 years’ Experience understanding and communicating the scientific basis of effective treatments to address orthopedic clinical challenges
- 5 years’ Experience understanding of translational medicine “bringing bench top science to the bed side” and tailoring and presenting the message for a broad audience of scientific, medical, business and non-science/nonbusiness professionals; Understanding product landscape pitfalls, issues, and white space opportunities

- Proven written and verbal communication skills: Strong public speaking skills, technical writing skills, and verbal skills.
- Business leadership: Excellent customer management and business literacy skills, including technical selling. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results. Flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
- Strategic vision forward thinking: Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $100,000 - $134,000
Plus 10% Bonus
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
