Shift: Mon – Fri 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM Various and additional hours as needed; Travel Required

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success: 

The Senior Manager, Facilities Contracted Services ensures the delivery of facilities soft services that improve the security and wellbeing of employees at all LifeNet Health locations, including global sites within the LifeNet Health portfolio. Oversees, manages and schedules contracted work and services including (but not limited to) Janitorial & Building Façade Cleaning, Building Security, Vending and Food, Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance, Waste & Recycling, Postal, Fleet Management, Copier Solutions, and other similarly associated vendors and service providers for all LifeNet Health locations. This position also manages Corporate Customer Reception, and assigned staff, where applicable.  Delivers innovation of services offered, assists with lowering cost of delivery, and works with key service suppliers to develop and ensure all contractual SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) are met. Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and managing corporate-wide soft services standard and support continuous RFP (Request for Proposal) for all services described above. Responsible for assigned budget of the group. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Contract Service Management: Manages and provides oversight of contracted services relationships for administrative and operational soft services. Services include janitorial, cleaning, landscaping, grounds and maintenance, pest control, vending, window washing and security services. Ensures all contracted services are monitored and meet LifeNet Health requirements utilizing a supplier performance management system.
  • People Leadership: Provides oversight to assigned team by supervising, guiding, and directing employees to be effective team members. Ensures that everyone is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties. Using the established people processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure that their team’s level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develops and executes a long-term strategy to facilitate improvements for support & soft services to meet corporate wide objectives. Develops annual departmental budgets and monitors monthly financial performance for Corporate Services. Develops and solicits RFP’s for contracted services in coordination with Strategic Sourcing Group. Develops, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for soft services, ensuring effective and efficient operation in alignment with business needs.

  

What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements): 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or Hospitality Management or related field
  • 7 years Leadership or management experience
  • 5 years Hospitality or Contracted Services Management

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s qualifications and prior relevant experience.  The pay range for this position is $98,339 annually (entry- level qualifications) to $131,119 annually (experienced in this role). * 

*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience. 

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
