The Role:
The EZRA Academy Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful operation and completion of EZRA Academy projects and events. The ideal candidate will ensure coaches, participants, and our internal teams have a seamless experience from the initial registration through delivery. They will work closely with the Director, Coaching Center of Excellence and Manager of New Propositions to innovate in how EZRA Academy is delivered while supporting our internal coaches and faculty with their developmental and ICF credentialing needs.
This is a self-starter role that requires the ability to execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach and will be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. This person excels in prioritization and managing shifting business needs with a positive outlook. They are intensely organized, have worked extensively with various systems, and are passionate about delivering with excellence. Previous experience working with freelancers is strongly preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of EZRA Academy programs, including open enrollment, internal cohorts, and faculty-led sessions.
- Manage reporting, systems updates, and quality metrics for all Academy activities, ensuring timely escalation of issues and continuous process improvement.
- Produce and present client-facing materials such as reports, presentations, and promotional flyers to support program engagement and updates.
- Coordinate ICF verification processes, coach log tracking, certificate issuance, and internal Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions.
- Build and maintain a strong faculty community, proactively managing relationships and coordinating freelance or contract project managers as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and the CoE team to align on program updates, upcoming events, and client needs.
About You
- 3–5 years of relevant experience with strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align campaigns to broader employee engagement and transformation goals.
- Confident relationship-builder across all levels, with the ability to hold others accountable and influence outcomes when needed.
- Proactive self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and follows through to completion.
- Communicates effectively with clarity and respect, fostering collaboration and a positive, solutions-focused approach in team and stakeholder interactions.
- Technically proficient with strong IT skills and a desire to understand the broader LHH/EZRA business landscape.
