Relationship Director, LHH Singapore
Description
We are looking for a Relationship Director to join our passionate, go-getter and high-achieving sales team in LHH Singapore. As a Relationship Director, you will be is responsible for acquiring new clients by developing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and cultivating opportunities to solve those needs with LHH solutions.
You will focus on client business development and account management within an assigned territory, and take responsibility for selling Career Transition, Career Mobility, Leadership Development, and Team Effectiveness solutions.
You will play a key role in driving business growth, within a sales function that is poised to reach new heights. You will act as the voice of LHH in front of clients and prospects, giving representation to the best of LHH as a global talent solutions organisation.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Drive revenue growth within an assigned territory by effectively identifying, cultivating and pursuing new business opportunities
- Exercise astute judgement and commercial acumen at each stage in the sales process from qualification to contracting, to achieve outstanding win-win outcomes for LHH and our clients
- Lead the effort in understanding the needs of clients and prospects and crafting a compelling proposition
- Develop compelling, impactful sales proposals, and pitches them with flair and charisma
- Proactively cultivate relationships with existing contacts to ignite account expansion through cross-selling and up-selling
- Passionate about our business and mission of making a difference
- Collaborate effectively with team members in Solutioning, Delivery, Operations and Enabling Functions to enable successful solution implementation
- Role-model a culture of partnership across LHH, including an expectation of enabling and sharing referrals with our other LHH business units
- Monitor all key activities within your territory to ensure accuracy in opportunity and sales forecasting
All About You
- 7+ years of relevant sales experience in the Talent solutions, HR consulting, Recruitment, or Leadership development Space preferred
- Track record of successfully initiating, developing and expanding client relationships to grow a sales territory
- Able to meet sales targets in a competitive market context
- Experienced in building relationships and influencing senior leaders
- Compelling and persuasive communicator, with the ability to balance between listening and challenging others
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of situational awareness and market understanding
- Self-starter, with a strong work ethic, who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who collaborates effectively with others on client activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

- Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, with options for flexible working hours
