About your new Career:
Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of The Lewis Group of Companies, has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic, professional, and personable individual to provide administrative support to managers in the Residential Property Management division at the Regional Office in Sacramento, CA.
In your new career, your responsibilities would include various administrative functions to support the regional property directors and various department directors, while also providing exceptional customer service to apartment community residents.

- Initial point of contact for field support and coordination of resources as necessary
- Assist with Annual/Quarterly meeting preparation
- Provide administrative support to Northern and Southern California communities by addressing resident concerns, de-escalating sensitive situations, and ensuring consistent communication across the portfolio.
- Serve as the first point of contact for corporate office visitors by welcoming guests, providing assistance, and directing them to the appropriate staff or meeting location.
- Assist with department Helpdesk tickets
- Accounts Payable support functions including expense report creation
- Generation and distribution of Weekly/Monthly reports for NorCal Portfolio
- Use various graphic design platforms to draft internal department communications
- Stocking of supplies
- Receipt and distribution of mail/ packages
- Various other duties to support the department, as assigned

To be successful, your background should include:
- Some college education in conjunction with 3+ years of administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
- Previous experience with property management software such as OneSite, and graphic design platforms including, Canva and Constant Contact is a big plus.
- You will earn bonus points for previous knowledge of apartment leases and Fair Housing policies and procedures.
Additional info: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with some flexibility required to support occasional functions/events and training outside of normal office hours. Travel between Sacramento area communities is required. Occasional air travel to Southern California may also be required. All mileage will be reimbursed.
