Casino Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Casino Manager has responsibility for driving the performance of the casino & bingo games portfolio. You will define and execute the strategy for game merchandising and ensure quality and consistency of presentation across our brands and markets. You will be a focal point within the organisation to provide leadership & guidance on our games.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Monitoring and improving the on-site gaming experience, optimise commercial opportunities and maximise casino product performance via all & any possible avenues
- Product; oversight of the current and planned casino product offering across all brands and markets
- Using data & customer insights to inform decisions & direction
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to push the product offering in a relevant manner that aligns with the business’ strategic objectives
- Input into development of toolkits and lobby design & functionality
- Building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing commercial partners. Including conference and industry events attendance when required (this may include travel and attendance after office hours)
- Being a role model, develop and mentor a team of Games Optimisation Coordinators
- Delivering upon ad hoc and regular requests either from stakeholders or management about our product range; reports, audits, reviews, presentations, debriefs, etc. Participate in QBR’s.
- Overseeing the improvement of processes and procedures to optimise operational efficiency.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- 3-5 years experience with casino, ideally in a B2C management role
- Experience managing stakeholders including C-level
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Supplier commercial negotiation experience.
