Content Publishing Specialist
The Content Publishing Specialist’s principal duty is to provide timely, affordable, and consistent content using a set of standardized repeatable practices and continued enhancements to both software tools and the knowledge base of our team, while working within the established frameworks approved by the Content Publishing Manager.
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
- Performing Electronic Data Conversion for our web and desktop products.
- Work with outside vendors properly instructing them on transcription and hotspoting tasks.
- Provide estimates of new and on-going efforts using established processes.
- Process scheduled updates in a timely manner and properly log in tracking systems.
- Create and maintain process and quality assurance documentation in a clear and timely manner.
- Perform quality control checks on all releases.
- Investigate and resolve customer reported defects
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working with electronic data.
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to write reports and create complex spreadsheets.
- Some college experience desired
- Self motivation
- High capacity to learn and adapt
- Ability to work inter-departmentally to accomplish objectives
