About Us

About the Role:

We are looking for a go-getter willing to take on any challenge as Staff Accountant who also wants to help drive our continued success as an accounting organization as we grow organically and through many acquisitions. You will take your expertise in the accounting field and use it to drive continued process improvement and acceleration across all areas of the balance sheet. You will focus on a variety of balance sheet items and will be relied on as the subject matter expert of what is assigned from journal entries to reconciliations to flux commentary.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, flux commentary for a variety of areas and subsidiaries including cash, prepaids, international accounts, and many more
  • Manage ledgers and schedules working with local teams all over the world to ensure information is complete and accurate
  • Own cash reconciliation processes for all accounts utilizing best in class software to streamline the process
  • Assist in other month-end related tasks
  • Provide support to Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager on a variety of projects

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting (required)
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, sumifs, nested formulas, pivots, etc.)
  • Understanding of accounting theory and US GAAP
  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • Ability to operate independently to accomplish objective and meet assigned deadlines
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees
  • Organized approach with a strong attention to detail, self-starter
