WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Finish pools, install plumbing, jets, skimmers, tile work, grouting pools, cutting and/or grinding excess fiberglass and repairs.
- Work with a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 0-3 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or production.
- Ability to read work order, diagram and tape measure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work as a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8–12-hour shifts, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience operating hand and power tools.
- Ability to read diagrams and instructions.
- Experience in tiling or plumbing is preferred.
- Knowledge of practicing safe workplace practices.
- Ability to work overtime including some weekends.
