A little about the position:
The Outfitter is responsible for using various hand and power tools to install plumbing tile, inlays, lighting and other special-order products prior to shipment of the product. Starting pay is $17.82 per hour.
Some of What You Will Do:
Outfitter 4
• Oversees all Outfitters.
• Responsible for tools, maintenance, and repair.
• Assign outfitting jobs.
• Occasionally will travel to make repairs off site.
Outfitter 1
• Read and understand production order and match to the product.
• Conducts the first QA inspection on pool.
• Trim and grind flange.
• Accurately read tape measure.
• Cuts and drills holes for fittings and installs fitting per the outfitting guide.
• Cuts optional fittings.
• Performs patching process and small repairs.
• Learns to tile and set inlays.
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

• Be able to tile proficiently.
• Can do small cosmetic repairs independently.
• Can set inlays.
• Able to install all options on pools and spas.
• Can use 1 quart pot spray system for larger repairs.
• Be able to tile proficiently.

• Can solve issues with repair, tile, inlay and optional parts.
Outfitter 3
• Able to retrofit pool for inlays.
• Can make large repairs.
• Inspects all pools for flaws or order deviations.
• Manages supervised employees time well.
• Can train Outfitters on properly repairing pools.

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
• • Experience operating hand and power tools.
• Ability to read diagrams and instructions.
• Experience in tiling or plumbing is preferred.
• Knowledge of practicing safe workplace practices.
• Good human relations to relate cordially with all team members.
• Ability to work overtime including some weekends.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
