Laserfiche is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team, as a Recruiter, to keep up with our ambitious hiring goals! The talent acquisition team plays a pivotal role, connecting with talented candidates to guide them through the interview process and beyond, thus shaping our growing business. 

As a Recruiter, you will be in charge of the full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great talent.
You will closely collaborate with hiring managers to develop robust applicant pools, identify ideal candidates through effective interviewing and effectively manage the selection process.
 
Location:                           
  • Three days/week work from office – Long Beach
  • Work from home on Mondays and Fridays

 

About Role - Essential Functions

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from kick-off meetings with hiring managers, to screening to closing candidates, across a broad range of roles
  • Apply a variety of sourcing techniques to build diverse pipelines of talent, reducing time-to-fill 
  • Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
  • Monitor market trends and guide hiring managers with data-driven insight
  • Organize and facilitate interviews, providing inviting candidate experience
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent and identification of top performers
  • Represent the company at recruiting events, providing company and job information to interested applicants
  • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting reports, and other staffing administration functions as needed

About You - Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of inhouse recruiting experience (technical recruiting experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to navigate changing priorities and find creative solutions
  • Proven success sourcing, presenting, and hiring passive talent
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite (ATS) or similar platforms
  • Ability to influence leaders and drive process improvement
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience amongst other factors.
  • Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

 

Applicants must be authorized to work for Laserfiche in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor new employment visas, or take over sponsorship of existing employment visas, at this time.
