Description

Laserfiche is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR), who will support the sales team in securing new opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers, as well as generating new business leads from cold calling campaigns and warmer MQL’s.
The SDR will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a key role in driving sales growth by nurturing leads and setting appointments for Account Executives. SDR's are the engine that drives the sales process, ensuring a healthy pipeline and laying the foundation for sustainable growth. This role is pivotal in converting potential interest into actionable sales opportunities.
 
Location:
  • Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CA
  • Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays
 
About the Role – Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, and generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, and calls, prospecting all marketing qualified leads (MQL)
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria (SWAT) to ensure a good fit with Laserfiche's products and services
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential customers to introduce Laserfiche and spark interest
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM, Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation strategies
  • Follow up with prospects who are not ready to buy immediately, maintaining relationships and nurturing leads until they are ready to engage with an Account Executive
  • Exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets
 
About You – Essential Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role
    • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
    • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
    • Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other sales tools
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic understanding of the sales process and lead generation techniques
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets

       

      The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors. 
      • $55,000 - $75,000 per year
