Description

Laserfiche is seeking a dynamic and experienced Analyst, Strategic Partnerships and Relations to join our team! This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts, as well as driving strategic partnerships with key players such as Amazon Web Services, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and other strategic technology alliance partners.
The Analyst plays a critical role in shaping the company’s market perception, influencing industry analysts, and forging high-impact partnerships to drive business growth, innovation and sales enablement. This role will cultivate tech partners to create integrations and Laserfiche industry solutions that are listed on the Laserfiche Solution Marketplace.
 
 
Location:
  • Three days/ week from office – Long Beach, CA
  • Work from home Mondays and Fridays
 
 
About Role - Essential Functions: 
 
Analyst Relations (40-50% of time)
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy, program and budget to ensure positive representation and positioning in key industry analyst reports
  • Coordinate briefings and inquiries with industry analysts including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Nucleus Research, Info-Tech and others
  • Complete analyst surveys, create presentations and curate customer references, while ensuring timely and effective communication of product updates, marketing and sales strategy, and other areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, synthesize and author key information for analyst engagement
  • Track, analyze and summarize insights from analyst reports, research and technology trends to provide actionable insights and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders
  • Position Laserfiche as an industry thought leader by driving awareness through analyst briefings, webinars, events and publications
  • Represent Laserfiche at industry events, conferences and partner programs, including through public speaking engagements
  • Coordinate lead generation campaigns with marketing and other groups that utilize analyst research assets
  • Safeguard Laserfiche classified information in accordance with Laserfiche Information Security Policies 
Alliance Programs (40-50% of time)
  • Develop and execute a technology alliance program strategy that generates revenue for Laserfiche
  • Identify, recruit and develop relationships with key strategic partners including AWS, ISVs and other key technology alliance partners
  • Drive partnership initiatives—including joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling and co-marketing efforts—that provide measurable outcomes and benefits to Laserfiche
  • Encourage and facilitate development efforts by alliance partners and Laserfiche Development that strengthen integration between systems
  • Supervise projects and alliance programs that generate leads and expand Laserfiche’s capabilities
Customer Product Briefings and Industry Engagement (10-20% of time)
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide strategic product roadmap briefings to major enterprise accounts, which is typically between two-to-five a quarter
  • Understand Laserfiche’s high-level product strategy and positioning, and contribute to its evolution based on analyst inquiries and market research
  • Assist with special projects as needed for the Business Transformation Office
About You - Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong technical understanding of document management and enterprise application software
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Change agility in responding and incorporating quickly to feedback in order to create high-quality work products and deliverables
  • 3-5+ years of experience in analyst relations, strategic partnerships, or a related role in the technology sector
  • Experience working with ISVs, AWS and other technology ecosystems and platforms.
  • Proven track record of successful analyst relations programs and engaging with top-tier industry analysts
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, communications, or related field
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience amongst other factors.
  • Range: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
