Laserfiche is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Operations to elevate the performance, precision, and scalability of our worldwide go-to-market engine. This is a high-impact leadership role spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, supporting direct sales, channel partners, presales, and professional services.
You will shape the operational backbone that powers predictable revenue, exceptional customer value, and high-performing teams across all regions. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership, partnering closely with executives and the VP of Sales to build a unified, data-drive, and efficient global sales organization.
As the architect of systems, processes, and insights that enable our sales organization to operate with clarity and consistency, your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, customer success and team effectiveness across multiple continents.
Location:
- Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CA
- Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
Global Sales Strategy & Planning
- Lead operational strategy and execution for global sales teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Partner with sales, channel, presales, and professional services leaders to set goals, define KPIs, and align on revenue targets
- Drive territory planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline management and analysis
- Develop scalable SaaS sales strategies that improve efficiency, accelerate growth, and ensure delivery excellence across all regions
- Produce global sales reports and dashboards, analyzing KPIs to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Mentor and develop high-performing leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Operations & Process Optimization
- Build and standardize global sales processes, policies, and operational frameworks across direct, channel, presales, and services teams
- Implement and optimize sales enablement technologies—including Salesforce—to support global adoption and productivity
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all regions and customer-facing functions
- Establish global reporting standards and performance dashboards aligned with SaaS best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and remove operational friction
Revenue & Performance Management
- Support global quota development, territory assignment, and performance monitoring across all sales motions
- Track and analyze win rates, deal cycles, churn, partner performance, and services utilization across regions
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, deal structures, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide regular global business insights to the VP of Sales and executive leadership to guide strategic decisions
- Promote best practices for customer engagement, partner success, and services delivery across all markets
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive operational alignment between Sales, Channel, Presales, Professional Services, and Finance, to optimize customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure business strategies support revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Optimize handoffs between sales, presales, and post‑sales teams to improve customer onboarding and adoption
- Partner with Finance and VP of Sales on global sales incentive compensation design and administration
About You - Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations or sales leadership in a SaaS organization
- 10+ years in direct and channel partner sales in a SaaS organization
- Proven track record of leading direct SaaS sales organization with measurable revenue and delivery growth
- Deep expertise in SaaS sales operations processes, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales enablement
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to model, analyze and communicate complex data
- Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics systems. Salesforce and Power BI, a plus
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate and scale high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and executive-level presentation skills
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.
- $195,000 - $250,000 per year
