Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Quality team, the Complaints Administrator II will leverage substantial knowledge and skills to manage a broad range of complaint handling tasks. This role ensures regulatory compliance and contributes to the resolution of complaints involving many product families.
About the Role:
Perform complaint administration and manage other Quality Management System processes as assigned:
- Evaluate potential product issues and allegations to determine if the complaint process is applicable.
- Document and investigate complaints to determine root cause and appropriate follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including manufacturing, technical service, customer service and regulatory teams, to address complaints.
- Maintain accountability for the quality and timeliness of complaint deliverables.
- Present complaint trends and summaries to internal teams for further action or resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years related job experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of quality and engineering standards and medical device quality and safety requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with ISO 13485
- Demonstrated command of the English language (oral and written)
