KPG offers a 401k plan with employer match. Employee may begin contributing to the plan the first of the month following 30 days of employment. The employer match begins after 1 year of service.

Maintenance Work Boots Program
Every role at Kittle Property Group serves a purpose and is important in helping us make progress towards our goals. However, our maintenance team has always had a special role as the face residents see all over the property, including in their own apartment home. Maintenance team members are the key to making a building feel like home to our 30,000+ residents.
We are so excited to have provided 218 pairs of boots in this first year of the BOOTS! Initiative! Our maintenance team members were excited to receive and show off their new boots, and we heard from others around the company that they were thrilled to see these team members recognized and rewarded for their commitment. And that’s what we call win-win!
