As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our properties in top condition. Responsibilities include:
- Performing inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Preparing vacant units for occupancy.
- Completing work orders promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining landscaping, curb appeal, and snow removal.
- Providing emergency support after hours.
- Ensuring tools and equipment are in working condition.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
- HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
- Ability to work in varied physical conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
