POSITION: Sr. Inside Sales Representative

LOCATION: Meridian, ID. 

STATUS: Full Time / Non- Exempt Hourly

Client's Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling renewable products through phone and email to existing and new customers. This position will be responsible for the complete sales cycle - nurturing the lead, making the sale and post sales follow up. Experience in direct sales in a call center environment is key to being successful in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers to purchase client products and upgrades
  • Manage a Sales Pipeline
  • Complete the sale through online portal and match customer with a contractor for product installation
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions
  • Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

Experience and Skills: (Minimum qualifications required for the job)

  • Proven track record of selling solar products to customers
  • 5 to 7 years of inside sales experience in B2C Solar sales at a call center (preferred).
  • Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Virtual Sales Presentation

    Education

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Degree in business/marketing preferred
