Job Description 

The Project Manager - Business will own the process analysis and project management leadership of Marketing Revenue Operations deliverables for external JumpCrew clients as well as internal JumpCrew business partners. The Project Manager - Business will also play a role as a Business Analyst as the company grows. Project, process and technology support for external clients will be coordinated with other Revenue Operations project managers, internal marketing partners and Revenue Operations account managers. Internal JumpCrew business project, process and technology support will be delivered with excellence to our marketing partners in Media and Integrated Marketing, as well as our JumpCrew Sales Delivery and Business Development.

Responsibilities

External Client Services

  • Provide communication and business process insight for clients as requested by marketing, sales, and business development partners.
  • Serve as the lead PM on all Marketing Revenue Operations projects as soon as client engagements are established .
  • Balance the provision of client onboarding support with other project managers. 
  • Help to establish and Standardize all project management data and oversight using standardized project management tools.
  • Provide weekly project updates to the Manager of RevOps Project Management.
  • Communicate service and project updates / roadblocks / wins to clients through RevOps account managers in a timely manner.
  • Based on experience with each application, provide technology support for clients as defined by SOW’s and in partnership with other RevOps Technology PM’s.
  • Continually revisit the current processes in all marketing areas and make recommendations to RevOps leadership for process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned based on organizational growth needs.

Internal Business Partner Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison between JumpCrew Sales Delivery, Business Development and Marketing leadership in regards to technology-based project deliverables.
  • Consistently manage and communicate expectations of project deliverables in regards to time, money and quality with all internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the negotiation of project requirements with internal stakeholders where applicable.
  • In partnership with RevOps Account Managers and Technology PM’s, help to develop and maintain internal marketing KPI dashboards and business intelligence tools for marketing leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-7 years of technology and/or business project management experience required.
  • 3-4 years experience with cloud-based project management tools required (Monday.com preferred).
  • Proven experience leading change management in a similar role required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a start-up or rapid growth environment is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach) preferred
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline required
  • Experience providing creative process solution ideas to business current and future challenges required.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans required.
  • Ability to quickly gather and assess relevant data and provide recommendations required.
  • Ability to document detailed business requirements for major projects required.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to influence and deliver in an environment with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities required.
  • Confidence to maintain a high level of work output in a rapidly evolving business environment required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence through communication required.
  • The ability to consistently provide professional business acumen and presentation when in remote video calls with clients required.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment a plus
