Description

JumpCrew is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our upbeat team. This is a great opportunity for a goal-driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and motivate a team of up to 15 AEs and BDRs
  • Assist the team with organizing leads, creating opportunities and closing deals
  • Analyze sales data/results and develop plans to address performance gaps
  • Work with Sales Director to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for teams
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales strategies, aligning the expectations of our clients
  • Build relationships with our clients, reducing churn and maintaining ROI
  • Achieve sales goals through effective planning, goal setting, analyzing data and projecting future performance
  • Utilize CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, lead assignment and closing
  • Ensure successful cross-departmental collaboration with various departments including, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Product and Client Success
Qualifications 
  • 3+ years of experience leading an inside sales
  • Experience leading a sales team, preferably 10+ people
  • Prior personal inside sales experience
  • Experience pulling reports within a CRM preferred
  • Ability to leverage data analytics to drive team performance and achieving KPIs
  • Demonstrated track record building and scaling teams in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes
  • A strong people leader

  • Hybrid schedule: In office Tue/Wed/Thur, WFH Mon/Fri
  • Base salary of $75,000+ bonus opportunity of $24,000 - $40,000 per year
