Job Description

JumpCrew is looking for an experienced Account Executive focused on selling our marketing services in a B2B sales capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. They will thrive in an uncapped commission environment where the skies the limit on sales expectations. 

  • Serve as the liaison between sales, sales delivery, and marketing delivery
  • Own and drive marketing client renewals
  • Own and drive existing client upsell opportunities
  • New business audits/pitch new and existing client marketing opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Marketing services, in conjunction with the Sales Team, to new and existing clients.
    • Audit client’s existing marketing programs and KPIs, as needed, in preparation for each pitch.
  • Build and define cross-departmental and interdepartmental processes and procedures as they relate to sales and marketing integration and delivery.
  • Appropriately set client’s expectations at outset of all engagements.
  • Work with sales delivery team/clients to identify opportunities for incremental marketing services.
    • Own the client upsell pitch process, presenting new opportunities to clients, in conjunction with the Sales Delivery team.
  • Monitor and own the client marketing renewal process, ensuring all contracts are evaluated for renewal a minimum of 45 days prior to the contract end date. 
    • Develop process and regular reporting on Marketing Client health to proactively address issues that may impede renewal.
  • Document and report opportunities to leadership (New opportunities created, upsell opportunities created (for marketing delivery and sales delivery clients, new deals closed and associated MRR).
  • Create, document and implement a process for new client intake/qualifying new opportunities.
  • Manage service pricing process and documentation, ensuring all deals are profitable and sold with consistent pricing for all clients.
  • Responsible for producing new marketing deliverables (marketing audits, marketing roadmaps/blueprints, i.e. opportunities for new revenue streams).
  • Serve as an Ad-Hoc strategic consultant to marketing delivery/sales delivery clients, recommend services, KPIs, roadmaps (strategic business plans).
  • This position is responsible for delivering budgeted revenue and will have sales targets/goals.

Qualifications

  • B.A. in business, marketing, communications, public relations or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing delivery, and/or social media management
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand messaging campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, best practices and techniques including:
    • Paid Search Marketing 
    • Paid Social Media Marketing
    • SEO
    • Email Marketing
    • Basic understanding of web design and UX 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with excellent follow up skills
  • Experience working with B2B, IT, and/or cloud services companies a big plus
  • Start Up, Salesforce and Hubspot expertise a plus

  • Quick Learner: you absorb new information quickly.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines.
