Role Description:

The Marketing Operations Manager uses their knowledge of marketing channels and products to design and manage the strategies and processes that enable Marketing Delivery’s goals. They will work in tandem with marketing and operations leadership to drive leads for clients, develop scalable marketing processes, collect actionable data, define deliverable timelines and pricing structures, and optimize both internal and client-facing experiences from pre-onboarding through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Delivery & Operations Expectations
    • Audit and optimize the performance of marketing offerings, including: email, paid media, social, and other lead-generating channels 
    • In conjunction with Marketing leadership, support identifying specific marketing products to drive customer success
    • Identify opportunities for scaling internal operational efficiencies and drive revenue
    • Participate in monthly business reviews with marketing team to capture accomplishments, roadblocks, to-dos and cascading messages
    • Follow up on monthly business review to-do items with marketing leadership
    • Participate in internal client health status meetings and develop robust, automated reporting dashboards
    • Investigate, recommend, and manage the client satisfaction process to capture, analyze and report data informing client health 
    • Deploy and manage the Marketing Delivery Playbook including pre-onboarding, onboarding best practices and offboarding offerings

  • Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent field
    • Minimum 5 years professional marketing and/or marketing operations experience
    • Advanced to expert knowledge of email marketing, paid media, and other lead generating marketing channels
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to apply critical thinking to systems and processes within a collaborative environment
    • Comfortable influencing key stakeholders and decision makers in leadership to apply forward-thinking strategies
