Job Description:
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be integral to the seamless operation of our sales department, managing data, generating insights, and supporting process improvements. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can ensure our sales team operates at peak efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Outreach) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, enhancing client interactions and streamlining processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design, implement, and manage dashboards providing real-time insights into key performance metrics. Generate regular sales reports and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align dashboards with organizational objectives.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Lead Management: Track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and distribution to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Order Processing: Assist with order entry, processing, and tracking to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members, ensuring they are familiar with sales tools and processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and presentations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or sales support roles, preferably with B2B experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, and Outreach preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with sales automation tools and software preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work in a demanding environment.
  • Proactive and decisive about communicating opportunities and issues with the team.

  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
