Position Overview
The Sales Enablement Director will drive digital advertising revenue, build and optimize a high-performing sales team, and develop strategic partnerships. This role is key to aligning sales strategies with JumpCrew’s growth goals in the SMB space.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Strategy:
    • Craft and mobilize a comprehensive strategic sales plan specifically engineered for high-impact digital advertising targeting SMB businesses.
    • Cultivate a performance-oriented sales culture, establishing rigorous KPIs tied directly to advertising metrics and accountability.
  • Team Management & Coaching:
    • Command, mentor, and amplify a sales team dedicated to digital advertising for SMBs, ensuring mastery of the latest advertising platforms and solutions.
    • Build a collaborative and forward-thinking team ethos that escalates sales effectiveness and client engagement.
  • Revenue Growth & Business Development:
    • Develop and sustain influential relationships with essential stakeholders within the SMB landscape.
    • Collaborate intimately with marketing and operations to enhance lead generation and turbocharge sales conversions for digital advertising products.
  • Data-Driven Sales Execution:
    • Deploy CRM platforms and analytics tools to meticulously track and optimize sales performance for high-stakes advertising campaigns.
    • Champion best practices in sales forecasting and reporting, focusing on precise advertising metrics and ROI for SMB clients.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 5–10+ years of sales experience, heavily weighted towards digital advertising or B2B sales on prominent digital platforms.
    • Demonstrated history of shattering sales targets and driving monumental revenue growth in digital advertising or akin arenas.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or sales strategy are a significant plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Mastery in digital advertising sales, especially in leveraging major digital platforms to invigorate SMB engagement and expansion.
    • Profound leadership and strategic planning prowess, with a sharp acumen for data-driven decision-making and CRM systems.

  • Substantial expansion of key accounts within the SMB sector.
