JumpCrew is currently hiring Account Executives to contribute to the sales growth of the organization by selling online advertising opportunities to SMB’s, as well as regional and national prospects. This Account Executive role is responsible for owning a full cycle sales process: prospecting, qualifying leads, making outbound calls and emails, managing a book of business through renewals and inbound leads, scheduling appointments to educate businesses on our product and services. You will be selling ad placement(s) to businesses who are in proximity to military bases, offer military discounts, or have a product/service that directly assists active duty members and their families as they are reassigned to a new base. You will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced company and build strong relationships. Join an organization that strives to promote customer sales and success.

The ideal Account Executive candidate will have a B2B sales background or experience in advertising sales, real estate, staffing, automotive sales, or military related support services. This is a great opportunity to partner with small and medium businesses nationally and to connect our military to local resources during transition periods.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Research and evaluate accounts to identify decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients
  • Present products and services via online meeting tools
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline
  • Close opportunities and execute on contracts
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
  • Meet and exceed established weekly and monthly sales goals

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a sales role
  • Experience working in a CRM and maintaining a pipeline
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required 
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals to achieve sales quota
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Work experience in staffing, real estate or government contacts is a plus!
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Strong written communication skills
  • High level of integrity and work ethic 
  • Grit!

Additional Information

  • Competitive compensation package: $75,000 - $90,000 OTE
  • Location: Nashville, TN, Hybrid schedule, Monday & Friday WFH, Tuesday-Thursday in the office
