Position Overview:
JumpCrew is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing sales professionals, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Managers. The Recruiter will report directly to the Head of People Operations and play a vital role in driving JumpCrew’s rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and talent requirements.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for sales positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Jobvite, and other talent acquisition platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates’ sales experience, and evaluate cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates and diverse talent.
- Manage the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Track and report key hiring metrics to optimize recruitment processes.
- Participate in networking events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on high-volume sales hiring preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $60,000 per year
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
