Job Description:

JumpCrew is seeking a Performance Operations Consultant to join our motivated team in Nashville, TN. We are looking for a goal-driven leader with grit and determination to play a pivotal role in optimizing operational sales performance, ensuring seamless client experiences, and driving data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

●        CRM expertise (preferably HubSpot) in systems to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.

●        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize CRM solutions based on client needs.

●        Design, implement, and manage dashboards providing real-time insights into key performance metrics.

●        Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align dashboards with organizational objectives and client requirements.

●        Work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, and provide training on platform functionalities.

●        Develop and implement API integrations to enhance system and data exchange.

●        Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

●        Manage and optimize the reporting stack to generate accurate performance reports.

●        Create and manage instances and sequences to automate processes and workflows efficiently.

●        Oversee data uploads, downloads, and scrubbing processes to maintain data accuracy.

●        Provide guidance on data best practices and support clients in effective data management.

●        Serve as a point of contact for clients requiring technical support related to data and system functionalities.

●        Drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution aligned with organizational goals.

●        Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a robust and secure data infrastructure.

Qualifications:

●        2-5 years of experience in CRM systems, dashboard creation, and client relationship management.

●        HubSpot Experience

●        Expertise in data management, reporting and database creation.

●        Knowledge of API integrations.

●        Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills.

●        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●        Project management experience, with a focus on process optimization.

●        Familiarity with backup IT support procedures.

●        Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
