Description

JumpCrew is currently hiring for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join the new business team, responsible for vetting potential partnerships with new clients, mapping out a plan for how we'll work together, coordinating internal delivery departments, building proposals, fielding inbound leads and conducting outbound sales activities.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record driving new business revenue, working deals with an average sales cycle of 30 - 60 days, speaking with senior leadership and C-Suite at large organizations, and navigating the nuance of an enterprise level sale. This is a great opportunity for sales professionals who have experience selling into accounts in major industries such as healthcare, finance, technology, marketing, automotive and SasS.

 

Responsibilities:

• Field and qualify high value inbound leads

• Research and evaluate accounts to identify decision-makers

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients

• Build custom proposals based on client needs

• Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline

• Close opportunities and execute on contracts

• Handle objections and questions, and build a performance expectation model for potential clients

• Meet and exceed established weekly and monthly sales goals

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a full cycle closing sales role, enterprise experience preferred

• Experience working in Salesforce required

• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals to achieve sales quota

• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

• Obsessively detail oriented

• High level of integrity and work ethic
