Aviators Continuing to Elevate (ACE) Pathway
Description
Fly when you want on a monthly basis - you tell us - and we'll pay you on a day rate basis. Our ACE Pathway offers retiring airline pilots the opportunity to extend their flying careers through flexible, part-time flying with the opportunity to mentor the next generation of Part 121 & 135 professional pilots. Company-paid and Pilot-paid type ratings available.
Position Summary
ACE positions are available only for the CE-500, CJ3 and CE-XLS aircraft. PIC and SIC positions available. If you do not meet the PIC Time in Type requirements, you will enter the program as an SIC until applicable Time in Type is acquired to achieve PIC status.
PIC Minimum Requirements
- Total Time – 15000 hours
- Total PIC - 6000 hours
- Total PIC Time in Type - 150 hours (to qualify as PIC)
- Total Multi-Engine – 4000 hours
- Total Multi-Engine PIC - 1500 hours
- Total Turbine - 2000 hours
- Total PIC Jet Time - 6000 hours
Must possess:

- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Current passport
- ATP (ability to obtain ATP)
- 1st Class Medical
- FCC Restricted Radio License
- Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Proactive decision-making skills
- Flight activity within the last 24-months
Must reside within a 1-hour drive of commercial airport in these cities:
Arlington, Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Bedford, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Dulles, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Fort Worth, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Orleans, New York, Newark, Omaha, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Antonio, St. Louis, Teterboro, Tulsa.
Preferred, Not Required:
- CE-500/CJ3/CE-XLS Type Rating
Compensation & Benefits
ACE positions are paid a day rate with the following Company benefits:
- Eligible to participate in the company 401k plan; some may be eligible for a 100% company match up to 6% of the employee’s salary
- Ability to perform other Part 91 contract work
