Summary:
The Private Aviation Advisor (PAA) is a business development role responsible for early-stage lead generation, community engagement, and relationship building with existing Jet Card Members and Aircraft Owners.
 
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales or aviation career seeking to grow their experience on a high-performance team. The Private Aviation Advisor is expected to achieve a monthly quota of leads converted into new qualified opportunities and master the function of lead generation. The PAA works daily with the Jet Card and Aircraft Management Sales Teams.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve monthly quota of leads converted into qualified opportunities for new Jet Card Members and Aircraft Owners.
  2. Cold calling via Phone, Email, Text, and Video platforms.
  3. Engaging local wealth managers, family offices, real estate brokers, philanthropic organizations, and other entities where high net worth individuals come together.
  4. Confidently communicate Jet Linx value propositions to prospective Aircraft Management and Jet Card opportunities via in person presentations.
  5. Stay informed of current market trends in private aviation, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  6.  Continuously identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  7. Collaborate daily with the Jet Card and Aircraft Management Sales Teams to create custom strategic sales approaches.
  8. Analyze and interpret lead pipeline data to make informed decisions on daily tasks.
  9. Represent Jet Linx at community and business meetings, regional events, and conferences.
  10. Engage existing members to maximize flying activity and modernize legacy contracts.
  11. Research and build leads lists of prospective customers.
  12. Maintain consistent outreach to inbound leads that have gone cold.
  13. Adoption of all tech suit tools to maximize performance.
  14. Meet and greet current members and prospects for flights as needed.
  15. Drive brand awareness through various marketing channels.
  16. Regular and predictable attendance.
  17. Demonstrate Jet Linx’s core values and “Supply the High” in all interactions.
  18. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong ability in generating leads
  • Aggressive “hunter” mentality and persistence in follow-through in a long-term sales cycle

  • Superior analytical ability to translate data into actions
  • Ability to self-start your day and work under minimal daily supervision Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable in a boardroom setting
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the company and its customers
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
  • Self-motivated and willingness to take initiative to research and resolve problems
  • Ability to travel as needed
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 1 -3 years of sales experience, preferably in competitive, premium-priced fields such as Enterprise Software, Financial Information, Aviation or Luxury products and/or services
Physical Requirements:
  • Majority of work is completed in a work from home environment. Must have a safe space to conduct professional business, video meetings, and phone calls
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis
Documentation Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US
