Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain the overall project/program plan and milestone tracking tools to track progress and deliverables impacting multiple projects and releases.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including Technical Architects, Data Engineers, Support Engineer, Developers, Analysts, and product teams.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies to incorporate them into the program planning process.
  • Support work plan generation, maintenance, and communications to stakeholders
  • Support weekly Project/Program Status Report generation (accomplishments, in progress, risks, issues, metrics) and facilitate cadence review meetings.
  • Facilitate weekly / monthly manager / leadership meetings.
  • Develop program and project management processes and metrics.
  • Utilizing standard project/program management processes / tools, assess program status and provide recommendations and execute on course corrections as needed.
  • Serve as escalation point for tech leads regarding issues and risks impacting project/program delivery.
  • Identify and involve stakeholders as needed per project/program deliveries.
  • Assist in key events, peak planning and implementation.

Specific responsibilities as a Scrum Master:

  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
  • Support the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Remove impediments/blockers to achieving the sprint goal.
  • Coach the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
  • Plan and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily standup, sprint planning, review, retrospectives, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Total experience of 10+ years, with 7+ years relevant experience.
  • Deep understanding of the product development process, the product lifecycle, and program management.
  • Certification in the field of Project Management and Agile methods is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical teams, non-technical teams, and sr. leadership.
  • Experience recording and evaluating project performance metrics is crucial, along with the ability to report them to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • An ability to manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and align teams based on those tasks is crucial.
  • Prior experience in product deployment and integration is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking in ensuring the efficient management of several complex projects.
