Be a part of the Digital Platform team responsible for the jcp.com website. you will help leading back end engineering efforts in developing the features and functionalities and optimizing application performance and scalability. Your will also be responsible to update existing functaionality and build new features using agile best practices, leverage various Java Frameworks such as with ADDSKILLS to enhance the jcp.com user interface. Critical Skills & Experiences:  Work experience in Sterling DOM as well as Order Management applications, should have managed at least one E2E implementation from either lead engineer or Architecture perspective.  Should have worked on developing customized order management modules either as an extension of base out of box product or fully customized tech stack incorporated with IBM order management.  Should have worked on building Microservices architecture and have understanding of OOPs, design principles Required Skills: • Graduation/ Post graduation degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years in Order Management applications. • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. • Highly self-motivated and directed. • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
