OVERVIEW
 
iTech AG is seeking a strong ServiceNow Application Developer to support our federal customers.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Develop custom features, and workflows to satisfy business needs
  • Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards
  • Design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer’s strategic business or technical requirements
  • Work with remote teams and clients
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities
  • Build customized ServiceNow application
  • Apply technical expertise to enhance team capabilities
  • Lead the development team to architect and deploy solutions using ServiceNow platform
  • Work with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
  • Communicate technical solutions to non-technical audience
  • Other duties as assigned
 
QUALIFICATION
 
  • 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
  • Experience in implementing the ServiceNow Service Portal, and building custom applications, which include but are not limited to custom tables, catalog items, workflows, script includes, portal widgets, and business rules
  • ServiceNow Custom application development experience
  • Expertise with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong experience in producing quality client-facing deliverable content
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
 
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience with the Nuvolo IWMS
 
SECURITY CLEARANCE
 
  • Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain Public Trust
  • Pursuant to a government contract, US Citizenship is required
