OVERVIEW 
iTech AG is seeking a senior ServiceNow Developer for support at a federal agency. This role will be a part of an agile team that works in a fast-paced environment. Implementation will be for a grants management solution that has a demonstrated track record of success.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Provide ServiceNow architecture and technical expertise for a federal client
  • Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends.
  • Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions.
  • Participate in requirements gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements.
  • Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the ServiceNow technology architecture.
  • Perform hands-on technical development work based on assigned user stories. 
  • Conduct unit testing for each story assigned and oversight for junior team members' stories
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, growing the capabilities of the team and creating an environment for learning and improvement
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow developer experience, two years in a senior development role.
  • 5+ Years in designing, implementing, supporting, and documenting ServiceNow Custom Applications, flows, and integrations.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment delivering software projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field would be preferred but not required.
  • CSA
  • CAD
  • Preferred CIS-CSM
 
CLEARANCE:
  • Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.
