iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an Office IT Infrastructure and Support Engineer to Join our Team in Los Angeles, CA!
*THIS IS A ONE-YEAR W2 CONTRACT POSITION AND PART-TIME* 
*CANDIDATES MUST BE ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK*
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting office IT infrastructure, including network troubleshooting, IDF/server room operations, meeting room and event A/V setup, physical security systems, and providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Troubleshoot and maintain office network infrastructure (LAN/WiFi, switches, cabling, connectivity).
  • Operate and maintain IDF/server rooms (rack organization, patching, hardware checks, power, cooling, labeling, access control).
  • Support meeting rooms and event audio-visual systems (VideoConferencing, displays, microphones, projectors).
  • Manage and support badge/access control systems and surveillance cameras (CCTV).
  • Provide L1/L2 IT support for end-user hardware, software, and office systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors on office IT infrastructure and facility-related solutions.
  • Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, asset tracking, and system health checks.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with office IT infrastructure, networking, and IDF/server room operations.
  • Hands-on experience with switches, patch panels, cabling, and rack-mounted equipment.
  • Familiarity with A/V systems, VC platforms, and meeting room technologies.
  • Knowledge of physical security systems (badge/access control, CCTV).
  • Strong customer support, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Experience providing L1/L2 IT support in enterprise office environments.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
 
Primary Location Pay Range:  $40 to $47/hour.
