Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Sales Engineer to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and sales, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to our clients. This role will be based in Tokyo and involves significant travel within Japan to meet with clients and provide on-site support.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain InVue’s products and solutions to potential and existing clients.
  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live product demonstrations and provide technical support during the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any technical issues.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales role, hardware and software product experience.
Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language: Proficiency in Japanese and English is required.
