Position Description:

The Product Manager will support InVue’s mission, which is to increase the profitability of retailers across the globe. Secure Display and Zips are InVue’s core product platforms and provide point of display merchandising solutions for retailers to show case products on retail display. Invue’s solutions create opportunities for retailers to grow sales by creating an optimal merchandising platform that encourages an interactive consumer experience while reducing operational costs for the retailer and contributing to reduced theft.
Reporting to the Product Category Leader of Secure Display, the product manager will collaborate with lead customers and InVue’s sales team, regional marketing managers and innovation teams to create and manage product roadmaps, develop, and gain approval for new product requirements and business plans, and lead the organization in the commercialization of these products. In addition, the product manager will support the continued platform success of existing portfolio products.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for managing portfolio of solutions for smartphones and tablets, consumer wearable technology, cameras solutions, and electronic accessories
• Develop and maintain a multiyear development roadmap for assigned product segments
• Understand market dynamics, voice of customer, competitive product offerings, and bring product improvement and new product recommendations into discussion
• Author new product development proposals that leverage detailed analysis of markets, voice of customer and competitive product analysis and outline core product requirements, go to market plans and a financial business case for best in class solutions
• Manage the development cycle to ensure new product development projects achieve quality, time, cost, and sales targets
• Manage product samples which support customer meetings
• Improve response time to global customers regarding existing product requests, questions, and issues
• Energize and educate retailers, sales partners, and direct sales team as to the benefits of Secure Display product portfolio

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a product marketing or product management role
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
• Demonstrated experience and success in managing product definitions, product lifecycle, pricing strategy, and marketing collateral that have led to secular growth for managed product category
• B2B and international product marketing experience preferred
• Product management experience with technical and/or premium products preferred
• Ability to travel upward of 30%, including global travel
