Insurity’s Next Director, Strategic Program Executive
We are seeking a Director, Strategic Program Executive as a central role supporting and expanding our relationship with one of Insurity’s major and valued clients. This is a high-visibility, client-facing, leadership role that blends strategic account management, program oversight, and consultative advisory.
 
As the primary executive partner for this client, you will be responsible for ensuring client success, driving retention and growth, and aligning Insurity’s solutions with the client’s business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and ensuring that Insurity consistently delivers value. 
What Our Director, Strategic Program Executive Will Do 
Client & Partner Relationship Management:  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and executive liaison. 
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client and internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives. 
  • Proactively manage client needs, expectations, and escalations to ensure long-term satisfaction and success. 
 
Program Oversight & Advisory
  • Act as a consultant to the client, providing guidance on best practices for leveraging Insurity’s software and services.
  • Stay informed of key initiatives, ensuring milestones, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently communicated.
  • Provide insight and leadership to resolve challenges, ensuring a seamless client experience.
 
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and report on account health, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Deliver regular business reviews to Insurity leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Use data and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  
Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:  
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving needs in the P&C Intermediary and Excess & Surplus (E&S) market.
  • Share actionable insights with both Insurity and the client to inform strategy and innovation.
 
Strategic Planning & Account Growth: 
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan that aligns with customer’s business goals and objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration, expansion, and innovation within the account.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success and Product Support to deliver maximum client impact.
Who We’re Looking For 
  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance market, ideally with exposure to Intermediary and/or Excess & Surplus (E&S) segments.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in strategic account management, client partner, or business development roles, preferably within insurance technology or enterprise software.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to manage and grow complex, high-value accounts with measurable results.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong executive presence.  
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to align client needs with organizational solutions, identify growth opportunities, and think consultatively.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally across sales, product, services, and leadership teams.
  • Organization: Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for key client meetings (primarily Chicago).

We have five Core Values at Insurity; one of which is to Act with Integrity.  Providing pay transparency helps you make the best decision for you.  We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps.  Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $120,000 to $215,000, commensurate with experience. 
 
Languages for Québec candidates: The knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec. The English language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues, who are strictly located outside of Québec. French-language training will be offered to candidates who do not have a good knowledge of French.
