Insurity’s Next VP, Product Management
The VP of Product Management will lead our Policy Decisions platform in the P&C SaaS space. This role will define the product vision, drive the roadmap, and partner across the organization to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge, a data-driven mindset, and strong leadership skills to build and inspire a high-performing product team that advances our mission of transforming policy management for our customers.
What Our VP, Product Management Will Do
- Define and own the product vision and strategy for the Policy Decisions platform, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize value, scalability, and operational efficiency in the P&C insurance space.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Underwriting, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and high-quality policy management solutions.
- Utilize market insights, customer feedback, and data-driven analysis to inform product enhancements and maintain competitive differentiation.
- Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing, highly engaged business unit, which may span multiple units or departments and may include managers, senior managers, directors, and Associate Vice Presidents
- Create workforce plans, including staffing strategy that onboards and retains exceptional talent
- Work with Executive Leadership and peers to establish strategy and execution plans
- Adopt and reinforce company policies, processes, and programs
- Ensure adherence with the company’s tools and processes to lead a world class organization
- Oversee the performance management and development process for the business unit
- Drive and foster the company culture that emphasizes the strategy, guiding principles and core values
Who We’re Looking For
- 10 years managing people including multi-functional teams
- 15 years in domain or relevant experience
- Manage conflict
- Leadership, relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
- Assertiveness, directness, and a ‘company first’ mentality
- Break down complex issues and communicate in simple terms
- Lead through influence
- Lead large teams in a quick changing and fast-paced environment
- Manage, influence, recognize, motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Understanding of specific domain with clear understanding of interdependencies between other domains

- Drive strategic alignment on priorities with Senior Leadership

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the career level salary range for this role is $175,000 to $250,000. We share a career level salary as a guideline; however, actual salary may vary based on your experience and qualifications.
