Insurity’s Next Interfaces Administrator
An Interfaces Administrator is responsible for designing, maintaining and troubleshooting our automation and integration solutions. They gather and analyze system requirements to create automated workflows through JavaScript< Powershell or other languages. They ensure our orchestrations are reliable throughout our products 24/7. Ideal candidates possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, along with effective communication and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. #Automation #ITManagement
 
What Our Interfaces Administrator Will Do
  • Support existing integration solutions by being able to troubleshoot, investigate, and identify issues
  • Work with Biztalk services and orchestrations to investigate support failed jobs
  • Create supporting document for integration failures and integration processes
  • Work with SQL Server to implement data related data extracts
  • Perform daily monitoring of batch jobs to make sure all jobs process normally.
  • Elicit integration requirements from the business, leading requirements gathering meetings where necessary
  • Analyze the requirements to determine the system needs to fulfill those requirements
  • Prepare integration use cases and leading walkthroughs to validate the documentation
  • Provide 24x7 on call support for automation processes
  • Manage file transfer permissions and use it as part of batch integration jobs
  • Set-up and maintain PGP encryption keys with customers
  • Maintain and Manage Single Sign On configurations
  • Code automation jobs in JavaScript
  • Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned 
Who We’re Looking For
 
Proficient knowledge and experience:
 
  • Windows OS, Linux, Networking, Systems Engineering
  • SQL Server
  • Microsoft’s Software Suite
  • Single Sign On Solutions (PingFederate, EasyConnect, Auth0)
  • Understanding of batch processing and automation
  • Able to write and debug code in Java and Powerhsell
  • Application SDLC
