We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Japan team in Tokyo. In this role, you will assist with developing and defining our sales operations strategies to support the Japan region. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans designed to help the sales leader generate a pipeline for the region to support its sales revenue and booking targets. Success in this role requires strategic thinking combined with tactical execution.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop, define, and drive adoption of policies & processes across our sales cycle (end to end)
- Partner with sales leadership to define project priorities by role
- Operationalizing (automation, delivery) performance KPIs and building out scorecards and dashboards to drive sales growth & more effective executive communication
- Perform data analysis around the sales process, programs, and GTM
- Assist sales leadership with presentation content for quarterly reviews, executive updates, and organizational meetings
- Drive regional Quarterly Business Reviews
- Identify bottlenecks related to data and processes & build solutions and implement solutions to achieve productivity improvements, using your technical and analytical expertise
- Drive towards simple, scalable solutions to day-to-day problems, be highly organized, and be able to communicate results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for process optimization and work with sales enablement to implement
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to effectively drive projects to success: sales entry/exit criteria, process risk mitigation, documentation and enablement, timelines, etc
What you'll bring:
- At least 7+ years of experience within a multinational company in sales operations/management, business analytics or planning
- Experienced in successful KPI design, dashboard reporting, analytics, modelling, and trend analysis to manage a business and drive insight to accelerate information-to-action at scale
- Proven experience with Salesforce (pricing quoting or CPQ), Clari, Tableau, and MS Office applications
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- A deep passion for driving operational excellence
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Japanese is a must
What success looks like:
After six months, you will…
- Understand the existing processes from lead to cash and be knowledgeable on how these processes are getting executed in our system and tools
- Execute all Field Sales support related tasks, being the go-to person for Field Sales
- Drive towards simple, scalable solutions to day-to-day problems, be highly organized, and communicate results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way
- Have oversight on when with who to collaborate in the WW organization
After a year, you will…
