Training and Design Specialist
Description
The Training & Design Specialist will balance strategic program development with hands-on training facilitation, helping drive the next stage of INCOG’s GxP Training Program. This includes shaping the program strategy, delivering onboarding and ongoing training, and collaborating with business leaders to align learning initiatives with operational goals,
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategy for INCOG’s GxP Training Program, including curriculum planning and instructional design.
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions, onboarding programs, and ongoing employee development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and ensure alignment with site objectives.
- Administer the GxP Training program in the Veeva Vault eQMS and support program management.
- Conduct training effectiveness assessments, maintain compliance metrics, and support audits with training documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in training processes and delivery methods, including multimedia learning approaches.
Must-Haves / Requirements
- Experience in both employee onboarding and instructional design.
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Training & Development, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training content facilitation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training program administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.
- Minimum 1 year experience managing training programs via an electronic Quality or Learning Management System (eQMS/eLMS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and collaboration skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or experience in adult learning principles.
- Experience in training delivery and administration in an aseptic manufacturing facility.
