Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in building a talent pipeline/pool and creating an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience at INCOG.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and our outsourced talent recruiting partners to ensure an efficient and seamless candidate experience. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company.

To thrive as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you should have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, onboarding, organizational design and job description development. Your ability to identify talented individuals and support their career growth within our organization is paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Quarterback the full recruiting cycle: from developing position descriptions and priority skill/behavioral targets through closing candidates on job offers and on-boarding
  • Partner alongside the hiring managers to post job descriptions, coordinate schedules, and collect evaluations to make the best hiring decision
  • Manage the relationship with INCOG’s outsourced talent partners, driving quality and quantity of presented candidates
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screenings calls, interviews, etc.)
  • Facilitate the onboarding process through pre-boarding, system administration, and communicating the welcome/day one information
  • Ensure a positive and unforgettable candidate experience, serving as point of contact throughout the process and for new hires
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events to promote the INCOG brand and open positions
  • Create and maintain reports for candidate workflow and metrics to identify areas of improvement

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as recruiter team lead or talent acquisition manager
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Strong knowledge of screening and behavioral assessment tools, preferably Predictive Index
  • Working knowledge of Jobvite (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well-organized
  • A leader and strategic thinker
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, human resources or relevant field
