As IGN Global Studios’ Pricing & Packaging Manager, you will leverage your passion and experience as a Creative, Line, or Bidding Producer to bid projects for a wide range of branded content, from traditional digital media to experiential brand activations, for every opportunity that comes through our RFP pipeline. You’ll need to be a good researcher who can quickly determine accurate cost estimates for activity being pitched and package them into sellable opportunities that the sales team can add to a media plan. Communication, efficiency, and interpersonal skills are all a high priority in this role. Overall, you’ll be a master at translating possibilities with both small and large budget parameters and are capable of building an actionable roadmap that turns creative dreams into producible realities.
You’ll work with multiple teams across our organization including creative strategy, branded production, account management, project management, and sales to ensure your bids are competitive and creatively aligned.

Primary Responsibilities
● Working with sales, creative strategy, and branded production across multiple projects to review and budget all potential options that will be offered to the client
● Provide complete and thorough bid estimates for use through the project lifecycle (pre-sales, development, production, etc) working closely with our production staff.
● Providing the packaging and pricing for ideas being put together for RFPs
● Working closely with the integrated marketing team to ensure consistency in pricing and methodology, and that best practices are followed
● Revise budgets as needed based on internal and client feedback
● Ensure working documents and data are maintained, including the creation - and maintenance - of a high-level opportunities repository that the wider team can use to view the full breadth of options we have at our disposal for any given RFP
● Build a rolodex of vendors and contractors that can be used on a variety of projects and maintain those relationships.
● Work with creative to align on what their vision is and how it informs the budget
● Manage high volume of bids, many with tight turnarounds
● Share best budgeting practices with internal producing team
What we’re looking for:
● Familiarity with IGN, its content, and a passion for its subject matter
● Proficient knowledge of bidding, estimating, budgeting, and scope writing
● A minimum of 4 years of experience as a bidding and/or line producer on branded content
● A minimum of 2 years experience in the digital space
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent communication skills and client-facing manner
● A great eye for detail
● Proficient in Movie Magic Budgeting and Excel
● Familiarity with SOWs
● Superb multi-tasker
● Able to balance independence and collaboration, and show passion for driving project and production goals
● Excellent knowledge of all aspects of estimating techniques specific to digital production, including familiarity of animation pipelines and costs
● Past experience in physical production is a plus
● Knowledge and understanding of unions (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, IATSE, etc), also a plus
