Job Title: Director of Client Relations 

Role Objective

The Director of Client Relations is responsible for Direct Sales and Client Relations for all HyBridge services in the West territory. Working closely with our Leadership team, this position will be instrumental in defining our go to market strategy and approach.

  • Apply an in-depth understanding of professional services and solutions for the software applications HyBridge implements and supports.
  • Ability to prospect to all levels up to and including C-Level executives.
  • Experienced prospecting a variety of industries with an emphasis in Healthcare.
  • Develop, grow and maintain relationships with Sales Executives at Infor and UKG.
  • Discover, develop, and manage business relationships with prospects to help sell the company's services.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell services to current and prospective clients.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients.
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals to C-level staff.
  • High drive to meet or exceed assigned sales goals/targets.
  • Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of prospects.
  • Responsible for full sales cycle from pro-actively generating to qualifying and closing leads.
  • Excellent rapport building via phone, email, and face-to-face delivery of proposals at the C-level.
  • Provide market trends and data feedback to assist with product development activities.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to inquiries, solicit further sales, and resolve problems.
  • The successful candidate must be self-driven and comfortable taking charge of the business pursuit process.
  • Must have the ability to travel, present to clients and attend applicable conferences in assigned territories.

Required Qualifications

  • A proven professional with Infor/UKG/Industry specific contacts required.¬†
  • Proven professional, self-driven and comfortable taking charge of the business pursuit process.
  • Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take a creative and strategic view of the business process, leveraging a deep understanding of end-to-end business models and sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives, developing new customer leads, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Salesforce CRM.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Travel Requirements

This position typically has a nationwide travel expectation of up to 50%.

Work Environment

A combination of home office and on-site client work environment.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
